Checking parts fit up:
After you have thoroughly cleaned the receiver parts check the fit with the side
plate. All the parts should fit together easily, remove any dirt or burrs that interfere.
Check the alignment of the parts and if it all fits together properly you are ready to
clamp up the receiver to drill the rivet holes.
