Use a marker to blacken the area around the safety and move it till it
makes a line. Then locate the safe and fire positions and scribe a line to
mark the locations.
Use a cutoff wheel in a dremel tool to make slots in these positions. An
alternate method would be to center punch the spots and drill a dimple for
the safety to catch

Now the lower needs to be notched to fit over the rear reinforcing
block, notch it out so the sheet metal sits flat on the receiver tube all the
way.
