Here is the tube with the trunnion, front and rear attachment blocks and
rear reinforcing blocks installed. Now it is time to install the rear cap.

First fit the rear cap to the receiver tube, it should be a snug slip fit.
Then scribe a center line on the top reinforcing plate and in 1/2" from the
end of the receiver. Center punch it and drill through from the top, with a #7
drill.

Chamfer the hole, then chuck up a 1/4" x 20 tap and start it in the drill
by hand to get it going straight. Then tap the hole about 3/8" deep. Then
turn the receiver over and drill from the bottom with a 5/16" drill, set your
stop so you only go a little deeper than the shoulder on the bolt.
