Now counter bore the bottom hole with a 7/16" drill so the shoulder
bolt goes all the way in to the upper reinforcing plate flush. Clean out the
chips and install the shoulder bolt.

Next place the rear sight on the upper reinforcing block, spot the
holes and drill and tap them for the #8-32 button head screws provided.
