I finally got to test the new T&E mechanism and the scope mount today.
The T&E worked great, I gave it a good test with 500 rounds of yugo 8mm. It
provides a good solid mount that is easy to dial in on target and doesn't
shake loose.

I plan on making a couple of changes to the T&E, first I want to use a
7/16" or 1/2" rod for elevation and use a different elevator knob to give more
travel up and down. The traversing mechanism is ok the way it is. The
heavier rod will make it rock solid and eliminate the little play it has now.

Nothing bent or came loose after a good 500 round pounding, so the
basic design is good.
